Waiver Services
This special Medicaid Waiver allows SAIL
to maximize its resources and access additional programs and
services for the individuals served. To be eligible for services through
the waiver, a person must:
- be at least 18 years old
- be medically and financially eligible for a nursing
home
- have experienced the onset of the disability prior to
age 60
- have a disability as a result of reasons other than aging
