Independent Living Support Services
The goal of this program is to enhance and promote independence in the home,
community and workplace.
To be eligible a person must:
- have a severe disability that limits his or her
ability to live independently
- provide evidence that by receiving this service, his or her potential to
achieve independence will
improve
