Homebound Services
This program provides a wide range of education and home-based services to
assist people with severe
disabilities in leading more independent lives. To be eligible for this
program, a person must:
- be an Alabama resident
- be at least 16 years old
- have a medical diagnosis of traumatic brain injury or
quadriplegia
- be dependent on others for assistance with activities
of daily living
- demonstrate financial need
